Updating you on NZ Requirements, Port facilities, congestion, other delays, berthing opportunities and expected Port schedules all before your ship arrives in Port. Then regular daily reports that draw a good picture for you to know how your vessel is progressing in Port so that you can start planning the next voyage. This is also the same for all those that are involved with your vessel’s operations here in Port so that they are well informed and aware of what is required leaving no room for any misunderstanding. The Master is also included in this vital information sharing.

This is where we excel in getting all parties together to reaching the goal of a successful and efficient Port Stay for your vessel. The likes of Pilots, Tugs, Stevedores, transport operators and Government regulatory authorities all need to work together to achieve this. Co-ordination by our team brings them all together when and where required. Simple as it sounds for the likes of Couriers, spares, repairs, Medical and crew changes to name a few all need co-ordination, so they are ready when the vessel is in Port.
